As I write about the art fairs happening around the world, I always find it really difficult to pinpoint them unless they’re the really big named ones. Some people might not realize that whenever there’s a big art fair going on there are also smaller art events or art fairs occurring in the same vicinity as the big art fair.

Armory Show

A primary market for art is the first line - it is the artist just out of art school, the artist just taking his work to market who is then picked up by a gallery who deals with primary market sales.
